The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord,
And He delights in his way.
Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down;
For the Lord upholds him with His hand.– Psalm 37:23
As this verse has been on my heart, I cannot think anything but how graceful the Lord is. Even in the Old Testament, God’s heart was shown giving grace. It doesn’t matter how many times I might mess things up, His answer is still always “Yes!” It is good to know that if or when I fall, everything is okay because my God is holding me up with His hand. That is how it is with all of us. We have a tendency as humans to just mess things up because of our selfish nature. But God… But God is so much bigger and better than even time itself, redeeming the moments we might’ve wasted doing other things that weren’t His heart. If you’re maybe down and out today, just remember that God loves you no matter what you’ve done and still has a great destiny for your life. The only way you can let the enemy win is if you give up. If you don’t give up, you’ll eventually get to where you are hoping to go in God because even if you fall… He has you in His hands still. God’s answer to all your hopes dreams in Him is still a YES today!
